Here in the Adirondacks you can often find information about some of a local topic, but it can be rare to find a more comprehensive source for most of a topic. That’s what I want this site to become: a comprehensive source for most of the info you need to understand and embrace life in the southeast Adirondacks in Warren County. That includes not only understanding the environment (including the land, the animals and the people), but also finding what you need to know in order to find, customize, and enjoy your piece of Adirondack heaven.
This site is something I’ve wanted to do that I hope will help bring together natives, locals, and visitors to share their favorite places in Warren County. It’s already the most comprehensive single location to discover hiking trails in the county and I hope to make it the best resource for finding everything you need to know to thrive here.

Who We Are
Lin
Lin brings many years of hands-on experience working with homes and the people who care for them. He spent several years as a regional manager for an international vacation rental management company, personally overseeing more than 70 vacation rental properties and gaining deep, practical insight into home maintenance, property stewardship, and the realities of ownership over time. In that role, he worked closely with many older adults who owned vacation homes, helping them navigate upkeep, decision-making, and the changing relationship people have with their homes as life evolves.
Lin grew up in a builder family, with a father and two brothers who were home builders and carpenters, and he spent several years working as a carpentry and tiling contractor here in the Adirondacks
He is the marketing director for the Tina Combs Realtor team in Warren County New York, providing him with deep insight into the ongoing Warren County real estate environment.
As the designer and web developer for The Art of Aging Gracefully, Lin also has keen insights into the situations and experiences of over-60 homeowners.
In addition, Lin owned and operated an online marketing company for 14 years, giving him a strong understanding of communication, clarity, and how to cut through complexity. He now uses those skills to help people think more calmly and confidently about big decisions.
